Abay Bank has fulfilled all the necessary requirements of the National Bank of Ethiopia to set up a bank, and officially established on July 14th 2010 and started full- fledged banking operations on November 3, 2010. Currently, paid up- capital of the bank is Birr 4.733 Billion/ Four Billion Seven Hundred Thirty three Million Birr as of June 30, 2023, and the number of share holders reached 4,437/ Four Thousand Four Hundred Thirty Seven. The Bank is poised to serve all profitable sectors through its network of branches. Position 1: IT Auditor
Required Education and Experience BSc Degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or other Information Technology fields with a minimum of 3 years of applicable work experience

Position 2: Talent Development – Manager
Required Education and Experience MA/ BA Degree in Management, Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 8/10 years of banking professional experience of which four should be a administrative position in talent development.

Position 3: Manager – Interest Free Banking Resource Mobilization
Required Education and Experience MA/ BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field of study with a minimum of 8/10 years of experience in banking operations of which four (4) years in IFB area

Position 4: Customer Service Supervisor – Grade – 1
Required Education and Experience; BA Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/ Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in banking operations.

Position 5: Senior Interest Free Banking Officer
Required Education and Experience; BA Degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/ Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with 4 years of experience in banking operations. Working in IFB area is preferable.

Position 6: Branch Manager – Grade – 1
Required Education and Experience; BA Degree in Management/ Economics/ Accounting & Finance/ Marketing/ Banking & Finance/ Business Administration or other business related field of study with 6 (Six) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 2 (two) year in administrative position.
