Abay Bank S.C. invites competent and qualified candidates for the following positions. Abay Bank has fulfilled all the requirements of the National Bank of Ethiopia to set up a bank and was officially established on July 14th, 2010, and started full-fledged banking operations on November 3, 2010.
The Bank is poised to serve all profitable sectors through its network of branches. It extends its services to domestic trade and services, international trade, agriculture, industry, transportation, construction, and real estate sectors.
Position 1: Junior Hardware Technician
Required Education and Experience: BSC Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in hardware maintenance.
Place of Work, Dire Dawa District
Position 2: Driver I
Required Education and Experience: 12th/ 10th grade complete, 3rd grade driving license with a minimum of 2 years related work experience.
Place of Work: Hawassa District
Position 3: Junior Collateral Valuator
Required Education and Experience: BSC degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Technology or any applicable field of study with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Property Valuation, Construction, and Designing.
Place of Work Assigned at Adihaki Branch
Remark: Tigri area under the Dessie district
Position 4: Branch Manager – Grade – 3
Required Education and Experience: BA Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or other business-related field of study with 8( Eight) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 2( two) years in branch manager positions.
Place of Work Gondar Branch
Position 5: Branch Manager – Grade – 1
Required Education and Experience: Minimum BA Degree in Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business management/ banking and finance, with a minimum of 6 years work experience in banking operations, of which 2 years in an administrative position.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa Area
