Position 1 Customer Service Supervisor Branch – C
Required Education and Experience BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/ Business Administration/ Finance and Accounting or business affiliated field of study with a minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in banking operations. The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to countersigns on tickets vouchers and authorizes transactions, to follow up all cheque clearance conditioning, and accounts of suspense nature, to ensure and follow up conciliation of accounts.

Position 2 Branch Manager – C
Educational Level and work Experience BA in Management, Economics, Accounting & Finance, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration or other business related field of study with 4 (four) years’ work experience in banking operations, out of which 4( two) year in administrative position.
The Manager plans and coordinates the overall activities of the branch, and follows- up and evaluates Branch’s operations targets on established performance parameters. He she motivates and coaches the customer service officers responsible for the delivery of high quality service. He she identifies and recruits implicit customers and provides professional advice.
