Position Deputy Chief Officer
Required Education and Experience Master’s or B.A. Degree in Management, Business management, Business Administration, or Related Field, with eight( 8) Years ’ experience for a Master’s and Ten (10) Years ’ experience for a BA Degree of which three (3) Years should be an advanced administrative position.
Plan, organized, directed, coordinated, supervised, and controlled the operation of the district and branches under the domain of sphere, prepare district work plans and monitored their execution, prepare budgets for the District and tracked their perpetration, attend correspondences that radiate from internal as well as external stakeholders, coach and mentor employees within the District towards effective career development, evaluate the periodic performance of Managers and Branch managers under the District, manage correctional concerns of the District staff and Branch Managers under the District and take part in the decision-making process
