Position: Customer Service Officers (CSO) – II
Educational Level and Work Experience: Minimum BA degree in Accounting or Business Management or Management or Banking and
Finance or social science and/or connected Departments.
Graduate year: Only Graduates of 2021and 2022.
CGPA: 2.75and higher than for females and 3.0and higher than for Male
Age: below 30 years
The CSO attends to client inquiries, handles payments, and collections works on deposit mobilization, and searches for potential customers,
checks, signs, and countersigns on tickets, make sure that correct receipts and recommendation ar issued to customers for all transactions, balances
daily money positions.
Writing and speaking Somali and Affan Oromo language is fascinating
