Position Cusomer Handling Junior Officer
Education Bachelor of Art Degree in Business Management or Marketing or Economics
Experience 1 to 2years of total work Experience in analogous and affiliated fields
Competence
• Serve as frontal office office officer for all business enquiries
• Handle all guests company service requests
• Sell company’s services
• Process orders and deals
• give visionary customer outreach
• Handle customer complaints
• Collect and assaying customer feedback
• Deliver information about company’s immolation
• Respond to customer reviews
