ABAY TRADING PLC is a leading Agro Processing and Exporting company, engaged in the product of Ethiopian Traditional food products like Kolo( Fired Barley), BESO, GEBS, Bread, and Bread Crumps. The company is automated for numerousagro-processing operations like roasting and color sorting. There are approximately 500 people working in the industry to run the production of more than 30 products manufactured by the company. ABAY TRADING PLC enforced Odoo with THRIGA’s help in almost all of their departments. The ODOO ERP solution provided by THRIGA solved a lot of run- times issues and improved the running of their company.
Position 1: Sales Person
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Sales and Marketing, Business, or in a related field of study with applicable work experience in sales or customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities Streamline diurnal sales operations for maximum productivity.
Ensure smooth communication between deals and marketing teams.
Analyze sales data to spot trends and opportunities for improvement.
Provide regular reports to management and adjust strategies as demanded Salary Range Less than 10,000 ETB Location Addis Ababa,
Position 2: HR officer
Qualification Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HRM or Secretarial and Office management or in a related field of study with applicable work experience
Duties and Responsibilities
Answering phone calls and directing them to the applicable department or person
Scheduling meetings and appointments and sending reminders and documentations
HR Document arrangements and grease interviews, prepared pension documents.
Preparing and editing documents, similar as letters, memos, reports, invoices, and presentations
Salary Range 10,000 – 20,000 ETB
Location Addis Ababa
Position 3: Production Supervisor
About the Job
Set diurnal/ daily/ yearly objects and communicate them to workers
Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
Oversee and trainer workers
Ensure the safe use of outfit and schedule regular maintenance
Check production output according to specifications
Submit reports on performance and progress
Identify issues in effectiveness and suggest improvements
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures
apply strict safety guidelines and company standards
Qualification
Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role
Experience in using colorful types of manufacturing ministry and tools
minimum 2- 4 years of experience as Production Supervision activates
Equip with HACCP/ ISO 22000 knowledge is advantageous.
Organizational and leadership abilities
Communication and interpersonal skills
Self- motivated with a results- driven approach
Problem- working skills
BSc degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or food science and applicable field

Position 4: Milling Machine Drivers
About the Job
Control and Operate Teff Milling Machine.
Manage and maintain Milling machine.
Keep updated records of inventory and activity logs
Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Qualification
Proven experience as milling machine operator
Attention to detail and familiarity with artificial equipment
Minimum 1- 3 years of experience as Milling machine Operator
Excellent physical condition and coordination
