Position 1: IT Security Engineer 

Job Requirements 
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or other closely related fields. 
The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking sector, with at least 1 year of experience in a junior role. 
Job Summary 
Under the supervision of the Team Leader—IT Security Engineering and with specialized guidance from the elderly T Security Engineer, the IT Security Engineer is responsible for executing security engineering, assessment, and risk-related activities of the Bank. The role focuses on security assessments, vulnerability testing, threat analysis, security validation of systems and integrations, and support to IT systems and digital initiatives, ensuring that security requirements are effectively implemented and comply with nonsupervisory, policy, and industry standards.

Position 2: Datacenter Management Officer 

Job Requirements 
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or other closely related fields. 
A minimum of 2 years of applicable experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which 1 year in a junior officer position. 
Job Summary 
Under the general direction of the manager of the Enterprise Computing & Networks Division, provides 24/7 functional support and monitoring of data center facilities and critical IT infrastructure at both the primary and disaster recovery data centers. Ensures nonstop monitoring, first-level response, and proper escalation of incidents affecting data center operations and IT services.

Position 3: Senior Digital Integration Officer 

Job Requirements 
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or other closely related fields. 
A minimum of 4 years of applicable experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 2 years in an officer position. 
Job Summary 
Under the supervision of the Team Leader – Digital Integration and with specialized guidance from the Principal Digital Integration and Development Officer, the Senior Digital Integration and Development Officer is responsible for the design, development, testing, and support of the bank's digital integrations, APIs, and ESB services. The role plays a key hands-on position in implementing integration solutions, supporting digital initiatives and systems, ensuring quality delivery, and maintaining secure, dependable, and scalable digital interfaces across internal and external systems.

Position 4: Senior IT Security Operation Officer 

Job Requirements 
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or other closely related fields. 
A minimum of 4 years of applicable experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 2 years in an officer position. 
Job Summary 
Under the supervision of the Team Leader, Security Operations, and with functional guidance from the Team Leader—IT Security Operations, the elderly IT Security Operation Officer is responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of security operations activities. The role focuses on nonstop monitoring, threat detection, incident response, and functional security controls to protect the bank's information assets, systems, and digital platforms. The position acts as an elderly specialized resource within the Security Operations function and provides guidance to officer- and junior-level staff while ensuring compliance with nonsupervisory, policy, and industry security standards.

Position 5: Senior Performance & Operation Auditor 

Job Requirements 
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance/Management/Economics or other closely related fields. 
A minimum of 4 years of applicable experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 2 years in an officer position. 
Job Summary 
Under the general supervision of the manager of the Performance & Operation Audit Division, the job holder plans and coordinates performance and operation audit activities of the bank; undertakes tasks and activities that help to ensure compliance with the bank's inspection primers, circulars, memoranda, and financial regulations; ensures that yearly returns of the branches are timely and properly analyzed and audited; and participates in performance and operation audits.

Position 6: Team Leader, Digital Integration 

Job Requirements 
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or other closely related fields. 
A minimum of 6 years of applicable experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 2 are in top or 3 years in senior officer positions. 
Job Summary 
Under the supervision of the manager of the Digital Banking Technology Division, the team leader of digital integration provides specialized leadership and coordination for the bank's digital integration and development initiatives. The role leads activities related to system integrations, API design and development, ESB services, module requirement definition, use-case testing, and participation in digital systems and initiatives. The team leader ensures integrations and digital factors are dependable, secure, scalable, and aligned with business and nonsupervisory requirements.

Position 7: Branch Manager I

Job Requirements 
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting & Finance/Banking/Management or other closely related fields. 
A minimum of 7 years of applicable banking experience, out of which 2 years in administrative role or original positions 
Job Summary 
Under the supervision of the Director, District Office, the Branch Manager plans, organizes, directs, and controls all activities of the branch. The role mobilizes resources, approves loans, overdraft facilities, and original and foreign transfers within authorized limits, handles foreign exchange transactions, and reviews the business and fiscal background of loan and guarantee applicants. Additionally, the branch manager prepares regular reports on branch activities to support effective decision-making and oversight.

Position 8: Director, IT Infrastructure Department 

Job Requirements 
Master’s/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering or other closely related fields. 
For master's degree holders, a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 4 years in a directorial or administrative position. 
For bachelor's degree holders, a minimum of 10 years of applicable experience, preferably in the banking sector, of which at least 4 years in a directorial or administrative position.

Job Summary

Under the general direction of the Chief Information Officer, the Director plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, and supervises all enterprise computing, data center, network, telecommunications, and IT service delivery functions of the Bank. The job holder also ensures continuous availability, reliability, scalability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure services supporting Head Office, branch operations, digital banking channels, and regulatory systems. The Director is responsible for overseeing infrastructure operations at both the Primary and Disaster Recovery (DR) Data Centers, ensuring their readiness to support business continuity, disaster recovery, and strategic growth of the Bank.
