Addis Finder Trading PLC is a private company engaged in Real Estate Property marketing and sales. Addis Home Finder provides professional services for Real Estate and home buyers.

The company is formed to make home buying and selling transactions easier by facilitating the process for both parties. 

After observing the struggle of Real Estates to market their properties and confusion of home buyers’ in coming up with right choice, Addis Home Finder set a goal to be a right link between home buyers and Real Estates and write a new history in modernizing the sales transaction of the sector. 

Position 1: Sales Representative 

Job Requirements 
BA Degree in any related field with at least 0-1 year of proven experience in sales, reception, promotion, and marketing practices. 
Competencies and Professional skills required 
Ability to meet and exceed sales quotas. 
Exceptional customer service skills. 
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. 
Outstanding logical and organizational skills. 
Excellent problem-solving and networking skills. 
Industry & Product Knowledge 
Good Communication and negotiation skills 
Basic Computer skills 
Proven ability to drive the sales process to closing deals 

Position 2: Junior Accountant 

Requirements 
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software( e.g., QuickBooks). 
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines. 
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges. 
Previous internship or entry-level accounting experience is a plus.

Position 3: General Service Officer 

Job Requirements 
BA Degree in management or related fields with 0 – 1- year proven experience in in general service administration 
Performance Management 
Quality of work with, number of timely reports and deliverables 
Internal AHF working units and employees 
External Government offices, suppliers, vendors.

Position 4: Customer Service Officer – Sales Office Reception 

Job Requirements 
High school diploma or equivalent. Additional education or certifications in the customer service area are a plus. 
2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support terrain. 
Competencies and Professional skills required 
Excellent verbal and spoken communication skills. 
Friendly and professional address with strong interpersonal skills. 
Proficiency in using office equipment, including phone systems and computers. 
Knowledge of customer relationship management( CRM) systems is salutary. 
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. 
Ability to handle a high volume of calls and visitors while maintaining composure. 
Problem-solving skills and the capability to think on your feet. 
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced deals environment and adapt to changing priorities. 
Positive station and a client-  concentrated approach to work. 

Position 5: HR Coordinator 

Job Requirements 
Bachelor’s degree or applicable certification in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred. 
Experience Requirement 
Minimum of 3 years in HR coordination or executive support, reflecting the functional nature of this part. 
Competencies and Professional Skills Required 
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. 
Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS platforms. 
A friendly, approachable demeanor with a commitment to integrity and teamwork.

Position 6: HR Analyst 

Job Requirements 
Bachelor’s degree or applicable certification in Human Resources or a related discipline preferred. 
Experience Requirement Minimum of 4 years in HR data analysis or reporting candidates with up to 5 years of experience are highly preferred.

Position 7: Talent Acquisition Officer 

Job Conditions 
Bachelorette’s degree in Human coffers, Business, or a related field. 
Experience demands A minimum of 4 years in recruitment or talent accession to insure strategic alignment with our multi-industry operations.

Position 8: Compensation and Benefit Specialist 

Conditions 
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 
Experience Requirement Minimum of 5 years in compensation and benefits management to meet the strategic demands of this critical role.
