The founders envisioned addressing both social and profitability objectives. Aggar was established by 443 shareholders with a paid-up capital of Birr. Currently, its shareholders have grown to further than 750, its paid-up capital to more than 200 million, and its total assets to further than 410 million. Position 1 Data Encoder/ Accountant I
Educational Qualification BA degree/ College Diploma in Accounting & Finance or related fields.
Experience2/4 years of applicable work experience in a financial institution

Position 2 Senior Risk and Compliance Management Officer
Educational Qualification BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
Experience 4 years of applicable experience
Good knowledge of microfinance business
Good knowledge of risk and compliance management principles and practices

Position 3 Section Head Financial Audit
Educational Qualification BA Degree in Accounting or related field

Comprehensive knowledge of auditing and accounting principles and practices

Excellent knowledge of the fiscal regulation of government
Good knowledge of company governing policies
Ability to supervise & control branch

Good knowledge of company governing policies
Ability to prepare sa tatement of accounts IFRS application skills
