Position 1 Manager, Enterprise Risk Management
About the Job
• The Enterprise Risk Management( ERM) Division Manager is responsible for overseeing the bank’s risk management frame. This role involves relating, assessing, monitoring, and mitigating risks across the bank’s operations, ensuring compliance with nonsupervisory requirements, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ERM Division Manager will lead a team of risk professionals and work closely with senior management to integrate risk management into the bank’s overall strategy
Education
• MSC, MA, BSC, BA in Management, Economics, Accounting, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Requirement
• A Minimum of 9 years of experience in an applicable position in the banking assiduity, of which 2 years as Principal Risk Officer, star Compliance Officer, or related position.
Position 2 Senior Risk Officer
• The Senior Risk Officer plays a critical role in managing and mitigating the colorful risks faced by the bank. This role involves overseeing risk assessment, monitoring, and reporting processes, ensuring compliance with nonsupervisory requirements, and supporting the development and implementation of the bank’s risk management framework. The Senior Risk Officer collaborates with different departments to identify, assess, and manage risks across the bank’s operations.
Education
• MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience Requirement
• A Minimum of 5 Years applicable experience in the Banking industry, of which 2 years as a Risk Officer or related position.
