Position 1 Customer Services Officer- I
Education Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or affiliated fields of studies.
Experience demands 1 (One) applicable experience in a Bank or 2 years at microfinance institutions. The Customer Service Officer I
• Is responsible for checking frontal office customer service support at the branch.
• will handle/ Check account conservation, payment, and collection deals and respond to customer inquiries,
