Position 1 Procurement Officer

Education BA, BSC Management in purchase & supplies management, accounting, Banking & Finance, Banking & insurance, economics and related fields.

Experience Requirement 3 years of experience in procurement preferably in the banking industry

Position 2 Manager, Information Technology Security Division

Education MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, Information Technology, or other related fields

Experience Requirement7/9 years of experience in information technology activities, of which 2 years as IT Security Team Leader or original position preferably in the Bank.

Main duties

1. Research the rearmost IT security trends and help to design, implement, and maintain the Bank’s cyber security plan.

Develop plans to safeguard the Bank’s Information systems against accidental or unauthorized modification, destruction, disclosure, or theft and to meet emergency data processing need.

Develop and direct implementation of security standards and stylish practices for the Bank

4. Control the installation and use of security tools to protect sensitive information

5. Monitor the Bank’s networks, servers, and applications for security breaches and investigate violations when they do.

6. Recommend security enhancement to the Bank’s executive management

7. Ensure that IT security audits are conducted periodically or as needed

8. Maintain effective working relationships with associates, supervisors, consultants, and vendors.

9. Perform risk assessments and execute tests of the data processing system to ensure the functioning of data processing activities and security measures

10. Train users and promote security awareness in the Bank to ensure system security and improve server and network efficiency

11. Performs other affiliated activities as might be given to him from time to time by his immediate supervisor.

Position 3 Manager, Corporate Communications

Qualification Requirement MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Journalism & Communication, Marketing Management, Economics or related fields.

Experience Requirement 7/9 years of experience in applicable fields, of which 2 years as team leader property & or original preferably in the banking industry.

Main duties - Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the commercial communication activities, monitor progress, assure adherence, and evaluate performance - Lead the generation of content for internal and external communication including newsletters, news briefs, website, and social media platforms; - help executive management in developing presentations, speeches, periodic reports, and other important commercial messages

– Write, announce, or distribute press releases to introduce new products and services, new members of the management team, expansions, and other newsworthy developments;

- Manage media relations and maximize media opportunities by developing strong connections with media representatives;

- Develop, implement, and review communication associated with policies with implementation plans;

- Manage the production and execution of all organization events (timelines, content, budget, logistics,)

- Ensure standard and harmonious use of specialized terms, writing format, and style, and communicate the same throughout the bank,

- Ensure proper documentation of all communication materials, audio, videos, photographs, certificates, and the like;
