Job Description  

Main duties The purpose of the job is to support the Manager, Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation in realizing the managers of the Division in particular and the directorate in general. The team is tasked with supporting the Bank’s strategic plan/ changes and periodic plan, budget preparation, cascading, and producing periodic performance monitoring reports  

Job Requirements

Qualification  MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields  

Experience years of experience in applicable fields, of which 2 years as planning & budget Team Leader in the banking Industry  

Required no- 1

Position 02- Manager, Plan & Budget Division  

Job Description  

Main duties The purpose of the job is to set directions and serve as a center of excellence for planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring/ evaluations. The division is tasked with the preparation of the Bank’s strategic plan/ changes and periodic plan, as well as budget forecasting, cascading, and producing periodic performance monitoring reports.  

Job Requirements  

Qualification  MSC, MA, BA in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields  

Experience  7/8 years of experience in applicable fields, of which 2 years as planning & budget Team Leader in the banking industry.  

Required no- 1
