Position 1 Customer Services Officer- I  

Education Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields of studies.  

Experience Requirement 1 (One) applicable experience in a Bank or 2 years at microfinance institutions. The Customer Service Officer I  

• handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.  

• will handle/ Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries,  

• Is responsible for checking frontal office customer service support at the branch.  

Competencies required  

• Understand the introductory mechanisms of general financial products and services.  

• Good knowledge of the Bank’s accounting and procedures.  

• Ability to respond to introductory customer inquiries and instructions and the ability to advise and resolve most issues and requests.  

• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Excellent command of Microsoft Office and good command of the core banking system

Position 2 Customer Service Officer II  

Qualification Requirement Bachelor's Degree in a business-related field.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration  

Experience Requirement 2 (Two) years of applicable experience in a Bank.  

The Customer Service Officer II  

• Is responsible for checking frontal office customer service support at the branch.  

• will handle/ Check account conservation, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries,  

• handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 3 Senior Customer Services Officer  

Education Bachelor's Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.  

Experience Requirement 5 (Five) years of applicable experience in a Bank  

The Senior Customer Service Officer  

• Provides  frontal office customer service support at the Branch  

• Handles account management transactions  

• Respond to customer enquiries  

• Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 4 Branch Manager I  

It requires Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields of study.  

Required Experience Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience at a Bank out of which One (1) Year as a Customer Services Manager or original role.  

• The Branch Manager will plan, organize, lead, and control the banking activities of a branch office. S/ he will ensure that operating procedures, rules, and code of practices of the Bank and regulators directives and country law are adhered to by all staff. S/ he will also coordinate the deals and business development efforts of the branch.  

• The Branch manager will also lead the customer service initiatives and guide branch functional excellence. S/ he will prepare and submit periodic budgets, work plan, and exertion and progress reports. The retainer will also  share in  colorful community activities and keep in close touch with the business community to promote services offered by the Bank  Candidates applying for  directorial positions shall possess crucial competencies and skills including  

• Excellent team building and logical skill  

• Ability to work under pressure  

• Sufficient knowledge of  ultramodern management  ways;  

• Excellent organizational skills;  

• Ability to distribute sales targets and production goals to staffers and manage achievement;

Position 5 Office Assistant  

Qualification BA, BSC Information System, Management Information System, Secretarial Science Office Management, and other related fields.  

Experience A minimum of 3 years of work experience as executive Assistant Secretary/ Receptionist or related activities.  

The Office assistant receives and welcomes guests in the waiting areas of the Bank, handles visitor inquiries, receives phone calls, and handles sending dispatching, and receiving mail to the proper address.
