Akufada Micro Finance Institution is a share company that was registered by the National Bank of Ethiopia in accordance with the Micro-Financing Business Proclamation No. 626/2009 and its amendment, Proclamation No. 1164/2019. The company received its business license on August 1, 2022, with the license number MFI/055/2022, and officially started its operations on October 22, 2022.
The organization aims to provide financial and non-financial services to the poor and those in the lower middle-income group through affordable loan options, savings, and microinsurance products, with the goal of contributing to the development of the national economy.
Position 1: Graduate Trainee
Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics, management, or a related field.
Work Experience:
- Graduates from the classes of 2025 and 2026 only.
- Minimum CGPA: 3.00 for males and 2.75 for females.
- Maximum age limit: 28 years.
- No prior work experience is required.
