Position 1: Junior Sales Officer
Requirements:
- 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Willingness to work in the field and interact with customers
- Basic computer skills (MS Office or CRM systems preferred)
- A genuine interest in sales and a track record of meeting targets
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Addis Ababa, Bulbula
Position 2: Housekeeping / Public Attendant
Education: High School Diploma (10th or 12th grade completed) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in housekeeping or janitorial services.
Preference given to candidates with experience in luxury apartments, star-rated hotels, or high-end corporate spaces.
Skills and Attributes:
- Strong attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform bending tasks throughout the shift
- Integrity, reliability, and teamwork spirit
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 3: Night Housekeeper / Public Attendant
Education: High School Diploma (10th or 12th grade completed) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in housekeeping or janitorial services.
Preference given to those with night shift experience or prior work in luxury apartments, hotels, or corporate offices.
Shift Availability: Must be fully available and physically fit for overnight shifts.
Skills and Attributes:
- Highly dependable and able to work with minimal supervision during night shifts
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Physical stamina to handle heavy cleaning tasks and stay active during the night
- Strong integrity, professional work ethic, and clean background
Salary: Negotiable
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 4: Female Security Guard
Education: High School Diploma (10th or 12th grade completed) or equivalent
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years in security services.
Preference given to candidates with experience in luxury apartments, hotels, or corporate real estate.
Skills and Attributes:
- Excellent communication and customer service oriented interpersonal skills
- Strong observation and attention to detail
- Integrity, reliability, and professional discipline
- Clean criminal record (must provide police clearance report and background checks)
Salary: Negotiable or competitive based on experience
