AMG Trading (Abebe Mulugeta Genet Trading) is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, with a strong history of 15 years of providing high-quality coffee to both domestic and international markets.

Abebe Mulugeta sources its coffee from well-known regions such as Yirgacheffe, Lekempti, Kaffa, Djimma, and Sidamo, which are recognized for producing premium Arabica coffee.

Position 1: Coffee Quality Test Grader (Q-Grader/Coffee Quality Grader)
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in agriculture, food science, coffee quality, or a related field.
• Certification as a Coffee Q-Grader is a plus.
• Experience in coffee grading, cupping, or quality assurance is preferred.

Position 2: Export Documentation Officer
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Management, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1–2 years of proven experience in export documentation and international trade operations.
• Strong knowledge of export procedures, Incoterms, Letters of Credit (L/C), shipping documents, and customs regulations.

Position 3: Coffee Cleaning Operator
Educational Background:
• A diploma from a recognized technical college (TVET) in mechanics, industrial, manufacturing, or related fields is preferred.
Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in coffee processing, cleaning, sorting, or similar industrial operations.
• Experience in operating and maintaining coffee cleaning equipment is an advantage.

Position 4: Senior Accountant
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum 8–10 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in the Ethiopian tax system and reporting requirements.
