Position Branch Manager Grade – I
Qualification BA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields
Experience 7 years of applicable experience in the Banking Industry of which 1 year as Assistant Branch Manager/ CSM or Relationship Manager or 7 years of applicable banking experience of which at least 2 times as elderly Officer in banking operation position
Purpose of the Job To achieve sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank through cross dealing the Bank’s products & services; acquiring & retaining guests, perfecting client services and erecting strong client connections to maximize coffers rallying sweats; managing overall retail banking operations at the assigned branch.
General Functions
Prepare/ review work plans budgets of the branch and cover its prosecution
Embody the bank’s good culture & commercial image
Demonstrate the Bank’s code of conduct, ascertain that subordinates abide by same and manage correctional concerns
Provide services as per the service level agreement, follow- up & cover subordinates to do the same
Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set
Mentor and trainer inferiors towards effective career development;
Specific Functions
Plan and lead the improvement of the resource rallying exertion of the branch by organizing and effectively coordinating the branch workforce
Check whether the Branch’s books of accounts are in balance, review Income & Expense Summary Accounts of the Branch & apply strict follow- up on controllable charges
Ensure that transactions are authorized incontinently and end- of- business cycle processes are done on a timely base. Place of Work Assella, Chiro
