Position 1 Customer Service Administrative – II
Qualifications BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.
Experience 1 year experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or affiliated position.
Essential Functionality
• Engage and perform customer reclamation and account opening conditioning.
• Initiates cash transfer from/ to cash,
• Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,
• Collects pays cash and disbenefit/ credit the separate accounts,
• Checks and balance physical cash with the Casher,
• recoup customer autographs, filmland and corroborate guests and,
• Perform other duties as required.
