Position 1 Customer Service Administrative – II  

Qualifications BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.  

Experience 1 year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.  

Purpose of the Job To enhance customer satisfaction by handling  frontal line customer service activities with due care and maximum efficiency; increase the Branch’s resource mobilization effort bycross-selling the Bank’s products and services;  

Essential Functions  

• Initiates cash transfer from to Cash;  

• Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Cash Administrator;  

• Collects pays cash and debit/ credit the  separate accounts;  

• Post transaction in to the system after ascertaining appropriateness of the account particulars and documents against profile maintained in the system.  

• Updates passbook prints deal slip or issues a customer advice;  

• Verifies and Validates DRS incoming transfers;  

• Checks KYC and AML;  

• Exchanges cash denominations and posts the transactions;

Position 2 Administrative Secretary I  

Qualifications BA/ Diploma in Administrative Office Management/ Secretarial Science and Office Management or any other related fields.  

Experience Five/ Seven/5/7 years of applicable experience in Secretarial jobs.  

Purpose of the Job To provide high- level  executive support and backing to  insure effective and effective operation.  

Essential Functions  

• Manage the office environment and keeping office area neat and tidy;  

• Maintain schedules and calendars for appointments, track schedules, appointments;  

• Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events;  

• Prepare and manage correspondences, reports and documents;

• Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information;  

• duly handle and act accordingly the incoming mails and other accoutrements ;  

• Set up and maintain  lines and records and retrieve documents and reference materials;

Position 3 Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer  

Qualification BA in Economics, Business Management and related fields.  

Experience 5 years of applicable experience in the Banking Industry of which 2 years as a planning and monitoring Officer.  

Purpose of the Job To handle indigenous office plan and performance management, including the analysis and reporting performance of the indigenous office, districts and branches under the formers domain against a range of indicators to measure its progress in achieving the strategy of the Bank.  

Essential Functions  

• Prepare the commercial periodic plan/ budget of the Bank in line with the strategic plan and based on inputs from other units and follow up the delivery;  

• Assess the Bank’s market share and carry out periodic  functional/  fiscal performance monitoring and evaluation;  

• Conduct external and internal environmental analysis which is used in the development of a strategic plan;  

• Conduct strategic plan revision as deemed applicable in line with environmental changes;  

• Cascade strategic plan to core and support functions to create organizational alignment;  

• Prepare applicable commercial  crucial performance indicators (KPI) used to measure performance and progress;  

• Handle other activities as assigned by his or her supervisor

Position 4 Manager, Agency Banking  

Qualification MA/ MBA/ BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics/ Marketing Management or any other related fields.  

Experience Seven/ Nine7/9 years of applicable banking experience of which Two/ 2 years on  elderly officer position.  

Purpose of the Job To enhance the deposit mobilization efforts of the bank by coordinating, supporting and monitoring the activities of agent banking service at the bank.  

Essential Functions  

   • Plan, organize, lead and supervise the activities of Agency Banking services within approved procedure and directives  

   • Monitor agent operations against bank standards, and agent contracts;  

   • Monitor the overall operation of mobile money and agency banking service provided by branches and agents;  

   • Examiner agent liquidity to ensure agents have sufficient  pier and cash to complete  client transactions;  

   • Review agency banking transaction, revenue, and commission reports  

   • Periodically visit to agent  position to  insure proper use of bank’s instruments and to cover deals;  

   • Prepare an identification and recruitment of new prospective agent’s guideline for utilization by regions sections to ensure of KYC compliance as per business requirement  

   • Acquire new business opportunities, initiate business cases and product concepts for value added services on agency banking, and seek necessary approvals from the concerned bodies.
