• Processes and handles recruitment of new  workers in agreement with the existing procedure of the bank;

Experience Seven/ 7 years of applicable Banking experience, of which 2 years as Senior Customer Relationship Officer  

Specific Functions  

• Participate in the development and implementation of effective Commercial Customer Relationship Management strategies aligned with commercial strategies of the Bank with the aim of enhancing resource mobilization efforts;  

• Build and maintain profitable customer relationship through fostering credit marketing, ensuring loan quality; properly attending to customer complaints;  

• Extend efforts for achieving proportionate based mobilization of original  coffers from all types of borrowers, and enhancing foreign currency generation through exporters;  

• Keep customers  streamlined on the  rearmost products and services in order to increase revenue from  colorful business;  

• Attract implicit credit  good borrowers and exporters with the aim of establishing long- lasting customer relationship, adding  and diversifying customer base;  

• Perform other duties as needed.

Education Diploma in Secretarial Science and Office Management and any other related fields.

Specific Functions  

• Transfer shares in  agreement with the provisions of the share administration procedure of the Bank and the law of the country.  

• Receive shareholder requests and  give applicable response.

• International Payment Scheme, and merchants;  

• Timely follow up and settle claims from a merchant related to dispute transaction amount and fees( if any);  

• Prepares and organizes adaptation document for posting of the disputed transaction;  

• Receive and check suspicious commission payment transactions;  

• Check and approve  sale entries and standing instructions on the Mobile Money system;  

• Ensure that documents in the record room are safely maintained;

Specific Functions  

• Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities 

• Administer the Primary Vault dually with Branch Operation Manager/ Branch Manager;  

• Receive, verify, lodge and withdraw cash to/ from Primary and Secondary Vault;  

• Receive or dispatch consignment of cash from/ to the Treasury;

• Distribute cash to the Customer Service Executives in the morning and during working hours;  

• Authorizes transfer of cash from Vault to Cash and from Cash to Vault;  

• Verify the  diurnal cash receipts and cash bricks are in order, wrapped and initialed
