Position 1 Branch Operation Officer
Qualification BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics or any other related fields
Experience Three/ 3 years of applicable experience in the banking industry of which one/ 1 year in an officer position.
Purpose of the Job To facilitate and provide regular support to indigenous office branches in their effort of branch expansion and resource mobilization.

Position 2 Internal Control officer
Under International Banking Département) Qualification BA in Accounting/ Finance/ Business Management or any other affiliated fields
Experience Three/ 3 years of applicable experience in the banking industry of which one/ 1 year in an officer position
Purpose of the Job To ensure the international banking department operation is in line with the Bank’s policies and procedures, and applicable laws and regulations of other governing bodies through continuously undertaking an independent and objective verification.

Position 3 Performance and Succession Management Officer
Qualification BA in Management, Business Management, Development Management, Public Administration, or any other related fields.
Experience Three/ 3 years of applicable experience preferably in the banking industry of which one/ 1 year in an officer position.
Purpose of the Job To plan and establish effective employee Performance Management system and succession management practices across the bank to enable it to fully utilize the potential of its people and meet unborn and changing business requirements.

Position 4 Senior Compliance Management Officer
Qualification BA in Business Management/ Accounting/ Economics/ Business Administration/ Finance and Economics/ or any other related fields
Experience Five/ 5 years of applicable banking experience in the banking industry of which Two/ 2 Years in an officer position
Purpose of the Job To provide visionary and effective compliance management withAnti-Money Laundering/ Counter Terrorist Financing and other international and public nonsupervisory requirements by designing and implementing a visionary and risk-based compliance management approach; implement due diligence onAnti-Money Laundering/ Counter Terrorist Financing activities.

Position 5 Security Guard – I (Male & Female)
Qualification 8th Grade Complete
Experience two/ 2 years of applicable experience in Military/ Police service OR Qualification 10th/ 12th Grade Complete
