Position 1: Cash Flow and Liquidity Management Officer
Purpose of the Job To ensure the bank has acceptable cash to fulfill its financial obligations by identifying, analyzing monitoring and reporting diurnal cash inflow financial data.
General Functions
Enhance the strong business relationship with customers and cross sell the bank’s positive image to the community
Provide the concerned organ with timely, applicable, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance
Provide services as per the service level agreement
Contribute to the bank’s profitability as per the target set
Engage in teamwork, collaboration, and transparency work practices
Adhere to internal control system and risk management program of the Bank
Specific Functions
Actively involved in analyzing, developing and recommending effective strategies to improve cash inflow operation of the bank;
Identify, maintain and organize diurnal cash flow sale data to properly oversee the liquidity position of the bank;
Properly maintain data on diurnal cash position of the bank, and provide same for diurnal cash requirement forecasts.
Organize and analyze fiscal data and market trends to identify implicit risks and opportunities;
Measure, analyze, monitor, and report on the bank’s diurnal liquidity position.
Assess risks associated with bank’s ability to meet its short- term financial scores.
Suggest and follow up the automations of liquidity management related reports;
Prepare Asset- Liability Committee (ALCO) report;
Handle other related duties as may be required
Job Requirement
Qualification BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration or any other related fields.
Experience 3 years of applicable Banking experience on Temenos T24.

Position 2 Senior Cash Flow and Liquidity Management
Purpose of the Job To
Ensure the bank has acceptable cash to fulfill its financial obligations by assaying, managing and forecasting diurnal cash flows.
General Functions
Actively share in developing, reviewing and enforcing programs & procedures, plan/ budget of the division
Provide services as per the service level agreement
Contribute to the Bank’s profitability as per the target set;
Provide the concerned organ with timely, applicable, accurate, and complete reports on the plan performance;
Implement timely corrective action on deficiencies and issues that have been raised or reported by different internal and external nonsupervisory bodies.
Specific Functions
Analyze, develop and recommend effective strategies to improve cash flow practice and management of the bank;
Compile and analyze diurnal cash flow transaction data to properly oversee the liquidity position of the bank;
Analyze financial data and request trends to identify implicit risks and opportunities;
Address liquidity risks by assessing the cash flow status associated with bank’s ability to meet its short- term financial obligations
Set control mechanisms to ensure that total cash allocation does n't exceed approved budgets;
Based on the liquidity position of the bank, recommend on investments, debt operation to ensure the fiscal health of the bank;
Propose and follow up the automation’s liquidity management related reports;
Prepare Asset- Liability Committee( ALCO) report;
Handle other related duties as may be required.
Job Requirement
Qualification BA in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Business Administration/ or any other related fields.
Experience 5 years of applicable Banking experience out of which 2 years as an Officer Experience on Temenos T24.
