Position 1: Human Resource Officer
Qualification BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
Experience 3 years of applicable experience preferably in the banking industry of which 1 year as a Junior HR officer.
Purpose of the Job To effectively implement HR strategies and policy in reclamation, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance, while also fostering a positive organizational culture, boosting employee engagement, and driving initiatives that support business objectives.

Position 2: Senior Human Resource Officer
Qualification BA in HRM, Management, Business Administration, and related fields.
Experience 5 years of applicable experience preferably in the banking industry of which 2 years as a Junior HR officer.
Purpose of the Job To effectively implement HR strategies and policy in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and legal compliance, while also fostering a positive organizational culture, boosting employee engagement, and driving initiatives that support business objectives.
