Position 1 – General Construction Foreman  

Minimum Technical Degree  Minimum of 10 years of construction experience in Concrete workshop, Finishing Works, and Infrastructure Works of Residential & Commercial Building Projects Good communication skills in English Strong leadership and management skills  

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications  

Good problem- solving and decision- making skills  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines  

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others  Must have a valid driver’s license and  dependable transportation  

Responsibilities  

Supervise and coordinate the construction activities of the project  Control the quality of construction works technically on site  

Prepare construction reports regularly to the managers  Monitor the project progress and make sure it's on schedule  

Ensure that all construction works are done according to the project specifications, codes, and regulations  Manage the construction crew to ensure that they're following the safety procedures  

Communicate with the project manager, architects, and engineers to ensure that the project is on track  

Prepare and submit diurnal/ daily progress reports  Maintain a clean and  systematized construction site  

Conduct safety meetings and ensure that all workers are following the safety procedures  

Position 2 – Civil Engineer  

Qualification & Experience  

Degree in Civil Engineering Male Minimum of 10 years of construction experience in Residential & Commercial Building Projects  

Experienced in quantity measurement, cost estimating, progress payment preparation, contract management, work schedule preparation, and tender document preparation  

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English  

Strong analytical and problem- solving skills  Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines  

Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others  Must have a valid driver’s license and  dependable transportation  

Responsibilities  

Prepare detailed design drawings and specifications  

Prepare and submit project proposals and bid documents  

Prepare cost estimates and budgets  

Prepare work schedules and ensure that projects are completed on time  

Prepare progress payment reports and manage contracts  Ensure that all construction works meet the project specifications, codes, and regulations  

Conduct site inspections and supervise construction activities  

Resolve specialized issues and provide specialized guidance to the construction team

Manage construction crews and subcontractors Communicate with project managers, architects, and clients to ensure that the project is on track

Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management  

Position 3 – Administrative Assistant  

Qualification & Experience  

Strong ability to execute work with a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens.  

Significant administrative support experience, including supporting C- level executives.

Nonprofit board experience is highly- preferred.  

Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software; ability to design and edit graphic presentations and materials.  

Specialized proficiency and problem- solving skills  

Strong verbal and spoken communication skills.  

Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail.  High degree of professionalism in dealing with different groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, community leaders, donors, and funded partners.  

Make applicable, informed decisions regarding priorities and available time.  

Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.  

Ability to react with applicable levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround.  suitable to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling nonpublic information.  Excellent judgment is essential.  

Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice  

Position 4 – Strategic and Planning Manager  

Qualification & Experience  

Minimum 10 years of real estate experience interacting with leaders across an organization  

Strong strategy, finance, critical thinking,  

logical and problem- solving skills  

Excellent oral and spoken communication skills; proficiency in storytelling and developing clear and  terse written presentations to leadership with a strong ability to articulate clearly and confidently  

Ability to analyze and interpret complex data and communicate insights to stakeholders  

Proven experience developing and executing strategic plans in a fast- paced environment  

Ability to collaborate effectively withcross-functional brigades  

Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize competing demands  

Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or a affiliated field. A Master’s degree in a applicable field is preferred.  

Position 5 – Senior Procurement Manager  

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management/ Purchasing and Supply Management/ Management/ Accounting in Economics or a related field 10 years of work experience applicable to the job, of which 4- 5 years worked in a responsible capacity  

Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers  

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  

Strong logical and problem- solving skills  

Experience developing and implementing procurement policies and procedures  

Ability to lead and manage a team  

Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in the procurement process  

Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement
