Position 1: Senior – Architect
Job Summery
The job holder is responsible for architectural vision and leadership, abstract and detailed design, customer requirements integration, sustainability and innovation, collaboration and coordination, and design review and quality assurance. He she prepares architectural design and specialized specifications for new Awash Bank HQ. S/ he also reviews blue print and specifications, and ensures the quality of construction throughout the project
Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Architecture plus a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in architectural design with significant experience in high- rise buildings and complex civic developments. – Master’s Degree is an added advantage. – Contract administration and interior design certificate (added advantage). &

Position 2: Senior – Project Coordinator
Job Summery
The jobholder is responsible for supporting construction of Awash Bank HQ project activities in the Bank. He she act as a liaison between the project team, legal advisors, and original authorities to facilitate the smooth acquisition and preparation of land for the Awash Bank HQ project. He she also solves problems by identifying and addressing issues proactively, ensuring that the project remains on track Qualification & Experience BSc Degree Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field plus a minimum of eight( 8) years in project coordination with experience in large- scale construction projects. - Practising Professional Engineer( PE) license or original certification is required. – CAPM( pukka Associate in Project Management) or original certification is advantageous Place of Work Addis Ababa No HO/ 01265/ 24
Position 3: Senior – Geo Specialized Engineer
Job Summery
The jobholder is responsible for geotechnical investigation planning, site investigation and data collection, and foundation design and engineering, in the Bank. He she also perform geotechnical risk assessment; and collaborate and communicate geotechnical issues proactively, ensuring that the design remains on track
Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field plus a minimum of eight (8) years’ applicable experience, preferably in high- rise buildings and complex construction projects. – Master’s degree is an added advantage

Position 4: Senior – Project Management Officer
Job Summery
The job holder is responsible for supporting all activities related to land accession and medication, coordinating feasibility studies, establishing customer requirements, furnishing support for geotechnical examinations, assisting during design phases, managing risks, and ensuring quality assurance for the construction of the Awash Bank HQ
Qualification & Experience BA/ BSc in Business, Economics, Construction Technology & Management and Civil Engineering or related field plus minimum of eight( 8) years’ experience in project management preferably in construction and development systems. - MSc in Project Management is an added advantage. – Construction engineering and geotechnical investigation related certificate( added advantage).

Position 5: Manager – Regional Interest Free Banking (IFB)
Job Summery
The job holder is responsible for managing the follow- up and support activities for the Bank’s IFB products and services across the branch. He she will engage with branch staff to understand and resolve ground- level challenges and Facilitate communication between branches and Head Office units. He she also ensuring the effective implementation and expansion of the Bank’s Shariah- biddable financial products and services
Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance and Economics plus a minimum of nine (9) years applicable experience of which 3 years in a administrative position, preferably in Interest Free Banking Services

Position 7: Project Manager – Study and Design
Job Summery
The jobholder is responsible for managing all phases of the project, from original study to project completion. She he handles land acquisition and preparation, feasibility study, customer requirements analysis, geotechnical investigation management, design program development, abstract and detailed engineering design, and budget and schedule management. S/ he collaborates withcross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, within budget and adhering to quality standards and nonsupervisory requirements
Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology, Management, Project Management and Architecture or related field plus a minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in project management with a focus on high- rise buildings and large- scale construction projects. – MA/ MSc Degree is an added advantage. – PMP (Project Management Professional) or original project management instrument is preferred
