Position 1: Project Supervisor
Job Summary
• The job holder is responsible for organizing, coordinating, supporting, and controlling IT project activities from initiation to implementation in the Bank. The role requires planning, overseeing, and coordinating different IT projects of the Bank from ideation to completion by ensuring that IT systems are completed on time, that the project’s objectives are met, that desired results are achieved, and that the most effective resources are used.
Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Civil Engineering/ Construction Technology & Management, Computer Courses in Engineering Plus a minimum of five( 5) years of construction work experience, with at least three( 3) years as site supervisor/ project manager or resident engineer.
• Auto CAD Certificate is obligatory
• SAP and Arch CAD is an Added Advantage.

Position 2: Principal – IT Projects Quality Management Officer
Job Summary
• The job holder is responsible for supporting IT project quality assurance conditioning. S/ he plans and coordinates quality testing activities. S/ he monitors every phase of the IT project/ software development process and ensures that quality issues are assessed and defects are meetly identified, documented, tracked, and resolved.
Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields plus a minimum of eight( 8) years experience in IT, software development, quality inspection, auditing and testing, and/ or project management areas.
• Masters in IT related field( an added advantage).
• Professional certificates in quality assurance areas including quality auditor, quality engineer, quality improvement associate, and Six Sigma ( an added advantage).

Position 3: IT Project Manager
Job Summary
• The job holder is responsible for organizing, coordinating, supporting, and controlling IT project activities from initiation to perpetration in the Bank. The role requires planning, overseeing, and coordinating different IT projects of the Bank from ideation to completion by ensuring that IT projects are completed on time, that the design’s objectives are matched, that desired results are achieved, and that the most effective coffers are used.
Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Information Technology or related fields plus a minimum of ten( 10) years’ experience in IT design management and banking areas.
• Masters in IT related field( added advantage).
• Professional certificates in IT or Project Management areas (added advantage).
