Position 1 Administrative Assistant I
Qualification & Experience BA Degree in Administrative Services Management plus a minimum of one (1) year of experience in Secretarial Service.

Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Computer Science or related fields plus minimum of three (3) years’ experience in system security, vendor management and quality control.

Qualification & Experience BSc Degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, IT/ ICT and similar areas. In addition, good understanding of enterprise infrastructure (network, servers and applications) and cybersecurity, plus a minimum of four (4) years in software development/ quality Assurance.

Position 4 Director – IT Infrastructure Directorate
Qualification & Experience Master’s degree in computer science Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology and Information Systems or related field. Training in UNIX or other Operating system and Relational database ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF, and COSO Certification plus a minimum of twelve (12) years’ experience in IT Infrastructure and Service Management; of which five (5) years should be in a directorial role rather in the banking sector. The retainer is responsible for preferably technology structure of the Bank to enable the Bank achieve growth, customer satisfaction and cost-effective service delivery for optimum returns. Specifically, the role will oversee IT systems, specialized support, network architect and administration, database administration, data center operations, systems administration, and server and storage administration. S/ he will identify, develop, deploy and retain staff within the Bank through effective talent management.

Position 5 Director – Applications Management and Digital Channels Support Directorate
Qualification & Experience Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology and Information Systems or related field for project/ program management preferred with Professional Certificates in core applications technology areas plus a minimum of twelve (12) years of applicable experience, of which three( 3) years should be in a directorialposition.The job holder is responsible for the management and analytics of the core banking and supplementary applications of the Bank. This includes ensuring that the applications are functioning optimally and meeting the needs of the business, as well as analyzing data generated by these applications to inform strategic decisions.
