Position 1 Branch II Manager
Educational Qualification
Required MA/ MBA degree in Business Management, Marketing & Management, Economics, Accounting and Finance, or a related field of study.
Experience 4 years overall experience for MA/ MBA degree holders and seven( 7) years overall experience for BA holders, out of which two( 2) and three( 3) years as a Branch I Manager in an insurance company.
Other skills
Proven interpersonal communication and Leadership skills,
ii. Fluency in English both spoken & written,
iii. Highly motivated and those who can execute duties with the least guidance are encouraged to apply.

Position 2 Manager, Recruitment and On-Boarding
Educational Qualification Required MA/ MBA degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management, Marketing & Management, Management, Business Administration, or related field of study.
Experience Ten (10) years overall experience with over three( 3) years in a related directorial position.
Other skills Ability to develop long-term integrated and cross-functional functional plans.
ii. Fluency in Afan Oromo, Amharic & English both spoken & written,
iii. Administrative disposition, and demonstrate high levels of integrity.
