Wondwossen is the founder of two American based organizations, Ethiopia Stroke Initiative and Ethiostrokecare PLLC, that are established to support stroke care in Ethiopia. Ethiostrokecare PLLC has partnered with Samaritan Surgical Center( a original state- of- the art surgical hospital) to create Axon Stroke and Spine Center. Ethiopia Stroke Initiative is anon-for-profit organization established with a goal of advancing stroke care in Ethiopia through capacity building which will include supporting fellowship training in stroke and neurointerventional surgery, stroke research and public education. ESI'll be collaborating with Axon Stroke and Spine Center and Addis Ababa University College of Health Sciences to sponsor fellowship training in stroke and neurointerventional surgery at Axon Stroke and Spine Center.
Position: Receptionist
Details
- The Receptionist plays a critical role in providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors at our Neurology Center. They will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a clean and systematized reception area.
Qualifications
- Fresh graduates of 2023/24
- Bachelor degree in any field of study
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Proficiency in using computers and office software.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Schedule appointments for patients.
- Check patients in and out.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure the reception area is clean and systematized.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
