  • Examining Fire Protection Methods in the Data Center 
  • Fundamentals of Cabling Strategies for Data Centers 
  • Fundamentals of Cooling II Humidity in the Data Center 

Lighting 

Trained in UPS fundamentals, data center power & cooling systems 

Power Over Ethernet’s Effect on Wiring Closets 

Rack Fundamentals 

  • Has Professional Experience in building electrical design which includes power supply and distribution systems ( Power System Design) 
  • Has experience in Electrical Design for Buildings Which Includes Skills in the use of CAD software to produce architectural electrical drawings. 
  • Has Professional experience in IT network system design, Data Center, and Building Management Systems ( BMS)( IT System Design

Position 2 Senior System Engineer( Computing)  

Skills 

  • Specialized background and experience in Systems/ results development. 
  • Design, development, implementation, and support for multiple enterprise platforms & solutions. 
  • Design, Implement, Manage, and troubleshoot Datacenter network, compute, and storage systems. 
  • Trained to Install, configure & troubleshoot Virtualization, Database, windows, Linux, and Red Hat Operating systems. 
  • Agile Methodology, DevOps, Project, and resource management skill 
  • Deep logical and problem-solving skills and the ability to see the connections between layers of business operations.

Position 3 Office Manager  

Main duties and responsibilities 

  • Provides high-level executive support and assistance to CEO and principal officers. 
  • Performs pastoral and executive tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents. 
  • Maintains proper records of incoming and  gregarious correspondence and files in an applicable manner to enable easy and quick tracing; 
  • Facilitates meeting schedules and attends meetings on behalf of the Chief Executives 
  • Officer, taking notes and preparing  twinkles; 
  • Welcomes callers and directing them to the applicable place or refer their cases to the concerned department as required 
  • Handles customers' issues, screens, and schedules for appointments, and reminds the concerned body about customers ’ appointments, meetings, and other engagements. 
  • Replies to telephone calls & amp; connect the calls to the applicable staff; and responding to emails, messages, and other correspondences; 
  • Receives incoming communication/ memos and reviews contents, determines importance; and distributes to the concerned staff; 
  • Follows up & amp; ensures timely dispatch and receipts of all the company’s correspondences. 
  • Ensures the proper filing, keeping, and maintenance of internal and external correspondences, records, and other documents of the company

Job Requirements  

Education and Experience

Position 4 Finance Officer  

Required Skill

  •  Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to use computer applications.  

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • To oversee all aspects of the organization’s accounting and ensure that the company complies with accepted accounting principles and company procedures. 
  • Managing company assets and fiscal expenditures. 
  • Preparing fiscal documents similar to invoices, tax filings, and yearly profit reports. 
  • Maintaining files on account receivables and updating records as required. 
  • Managing the flow of petty cash by recording all financial transactions. 
  • Prepare year-end, routine, ad hoc, and special report analyses of fiscal standings as it relates to disbursement and collection of cash. 
  • Supervise all regular accounting processes similar to A/ P and Journal Entries plus yearly closure accounts. 
  • Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance with popular requirements. 
  • Analyze and read fiscal requirements for the association. 
  • Supervise and ensure the effective working of all fiscal transactions in the organization 
  • Monitor and implement all accounts outstanding check activation and line transactions. 
  • Assist departments in the account reconciliation process every year. 
  • Monitor the authorized account reconciliation process 
  • Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly. 
  • Provide support to supplementary schedules for auditing purposes as per assigned work. 
  • Analyze different general ledger accounts regularly. 
  • Prepare tax returns. 
  • Maintain the fixed assets register and safeguard the organization’s fixed assets 
  • Yearly collection of bank statements and bank receipt slips 
  • Diurnal reconciliation of the cash registration machine 
  • Ensure cash books and petty cash are  streamlined on a  diurnal base 
  • Prepare payroll, supervise workers' attendance and promptitude and process leave requests. 
  • Administer employment agreements. 
  • supervise purchases including stationery, Energy, and office ventories. 
  • Ensure suppliers( including mileage bills) are paid on time 
  • Perform other related duties as required

Required Number 1( One)  

Qualification  BA Degree in Accounting, finance, or related fields.  

Strong understanding of accounting theory  

Experience  A minimum of 3 years of work experience in the finance area with at least one( 1) year should be in a related position.
