• Represent the bank in loan action’s in hail and investing before courts of law in its defense of suit against third parties
• Prepares statement of appeal and opens the train at the appellate court if a decision can be appealed
• Institutes ’ action for a bill of costs and prosecution Position Addis Ababa
Position 2 Legal Aid
Qualification College Diploma in law
Experience 2 times of applicable Experience. Job Description
• Examine legal Data for the medication of cases, claims, Defense, Agreements, or contracts grounded on statutory law.
• Hunt for and study legal Records and documents to gain data applicable to the case under consideration
• Obtains court process and serves same on opposing council and serves notices to defaulting borrowers.
• Collect and assembles substantiation to prove a case
• Prepare and submit a periodic report on the status of cases.
