Job Description
Will handle/ Check account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions and respond to customer inquiries.
Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.
Maintain proper Records and Files
Effects periodical payments on time.
prepares and sends reminders for overdue Documents.

Position 2 Senior Attorney
Qualification LLB Degree
Experience 5 years of applicable experience
Job Description
Prepares and signs legal notice Form to be served on Defaulters.
Prepares statement of claim and defense.
Represent the bank in loan litigations in hearing and investing before courts of law in its defense of suit against third parties.
Institute's action for a bill of costs and execution.
Follow up and facilitate the evaluation and auction of foreclosed properties.
Assists the Directorate in preparing periodic reports
