Qualification BA Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Banking and Finance/ Management/ Economics or other related fields.
Experience 1 year of Experience in operations as a Customer Service Officer
Job Description
- Provide prompt and accurate information regarding the bank’s products and services.
- Listen to customers ’ inquiries, concerns, and requests.
- Process recessions and cash disbursements accurately.
- Verify customer signatures and identification documents for transaction authorization.
- Issue bank statements, checkbooks, and debit cards to customers.
- Complete all necessary documentation and paperwork for customer transactions.
- Perform foreign currency exchange transactions grounded on customer requests.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
