China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC) is currently recruiting educated masterminds, technicians, and foremen to join its road project in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
Position 1: Road Engineer
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of road construction management experience.
Strong knowledge of SATCC road construction norms.
complete in English for diurnal communication.
Skilled in MS Word, MS Project, AutoCAD, and related software.
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Salary
???? USD 1,500–3,000 per month
Position 2: Building Engineer
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of building construction experience.
Ability to independently manage construction sites.
Strong understanding of building construction processes.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Salary: USD 1,500–2,500 per month
Position 3: Survey Engineer
Requirements
5–10 years of experience in road or structure systems.
complete in GPS, Total Station, and AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Strong ability in volume computation and drawing medication.
Ability to work independently on-site.
Salary: USD 1,000–2,000 per month
Position 4: Senior Contract Engineer
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of construction contract experience.
Strong expertise in FIDIC contracts and claims management.
Excellent English communication and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Salary: USD 2,000–3,000 per month
Position 5: Steel Structural Engineer
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of road and bridge construction experience.
Strong knowledge of SATCC Road & Bridge Standards.
complete in MS Word, MS Project, and AutoCAD.
Good English communication skills.
Salary

Position 6: Bricklayer Foreman
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience as a bricklayer.
Familiar with concrete finishing and on-site casting works.
Ability to lead construction teams independently.
Strong site coordination skills.
Salary: USD 500–1,500 per month.
Position 7: Construction Machinery Conservation Technician
Requirements
Age 25–45, physically fit for overseas work.
Minimum 5 years experience in construction machinery maintenance.
Skills in electrical or hydraulic equipment maintenance.
Ability to work under emergency conditions.
Basic English or Swahili is an advantage.
Salary: USD 800–1,200 per month.
Position 8: Grader Operator
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of motor grader operation experience.
Strong skills in leveling and fine trimming.
Familiar with construction drawings and leveling control.
Strong safety awareness and teamwork spirit.
