 We're looking for dynamic and results-oriented Sales Agents to join our team. As a Deals Agent, you'll be responsible for promoting the

Position 1: Collaboration Specialist 

Job Summary 

The Collaboration Specialist plays a vital role in driving the company’s growth by building and nurturing strategic partnerships with influencers, organizations, and stakeholders. This position requires a dynamic individual who excels in developing poignant campaigns, negotiating agreements, and aligning collaborations with business goals. As the main liaison between the company and its external partners, the Collaboration Specialist ensures smooth communication, innovative results, and measurable success in all initiatives. 

Key Responsibilities 
 • Partnership Development Build and maintain effective connections with external organisations and stakeholders to support business objectives. 
 • Influencer Engagement Identify and establish agreements with influencers for brand promotion and develop strategies to ensure successful campaign execution. 
 • Agreement Management Negotiate terms, finalize partnership agreements, and ensure compliance with agreed terms. 
 • Performance Tracking Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships and campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for nonstop improvement. 
 • executive Coordination Coordinate and process work permits or necessary documentation for external collaborators. 
 • Communication Liaison Act as the primary point of contact for influencers and partners, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Key Responsibilities 
 • Campaign Creation Brainstorm, plan, and execute engaging viral campaigns tailored to platforms like TikTok and Instagram. 
 • Trend Analysis Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to generate fresh and applicable content ideas. 
 • SEO Optimization Optimize written and multimedia content to improve search engine rankings and increase visibility. 
 • Performance Monitoring Track audience engagement metrics and refine strategies to enhance performance and impact. 
 • Content Scheduling Maintain and manage a content calendar to ensure timely,  harmonious, and cohesive posting.

Qualifications 
 • Proven experience as a content creator, social media manager, or analogous part.
