Position 1 Maintenace Planner  

Skills, Experience & Education

  • First Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 2 years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment. The position is structured to report to the  separate Unit Manager – Utilities and Process and will be responsible for managing the applicable maintenance systems, generating routine and planned maintenance schedules, supporting the maintenance team in the execution of maintenance, and facilitating problem-  working so that line availability and efficiency are maximized, breakdowns are minimized, and manufacturing costs are kept to a minimum.  crucial Duties & Responsibilities 
  • To provide specialized leadership and support to the plant in terms of asset management technology to enable the implementation of business strategies to leverage equipment, productivity, reliability, and maintainability, thereby enabling high plant availability and utilization at the  smallest cost. 
  • Emplace the asset management strategy. 
  • give specialist asset management support. 
  • Ensure that prophetic  maintenance techniques are implemented correctly.   
  • Implement asset management system audits to evaluate data integrity. 
  • Assist and coach staff in asset  operation principles and application. 
  • Observe a safe, healthy, and risk-free working environment.

Position 2 Electrical Specialist  

Skills, Experience & Education

  • First Degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment. The position is structured to report to the Production Team Leader. The incumbent is responsible to Perform planned equipment, precautionary  conservation and provide 2nd level break-down support, Provide support to operations team on the line, Maintained Health & Safety standards and Coaching the line process engineers.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities  • workshop order obtained for all planned activities from maintenance diary/ Team Leader. 

All applicable information obtained to conduct activities – eg drawings, manufacturers' homemade, etc. 

Spares and tools required are located and  attained. 

Jobs prioritized to maximize product quality and plant availability (within a set conservation schedule). 

Permission to stop plant/ process and time required is negotiated with applicable customers. 

Feedback provided on time to planner/ Team Leader on deviations to schedule and on work to be completed. 

Daily, daily, and shutdown activities are executed according to schedule. 

Regularly maintain machinery to ensure high reliability of operation in the process according to set standards. 

Factory/ process isolated as per applicable procedures. 

conservation and repairs carried out as per works order meeting all the quality requirements. 

Plant/ equipment/ process commissioned after the job and handed over to the customer for approval 

Information collated, documented, and feedback provided to applicable customers.

Skills, Experience & Education  

  • First degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years applicable experience in manufacturing environment. The position is structured to report to the  separate Maintainance Controller and It's maintain, repair and optimise plant and associated devices to ensure that plant availability and product quality at minimum cost; without sacrificing standards.

Skills, Experience & Education  First Degree in Mechanical/ Industrial/ Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years applicable experience in manufacturing environment. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

  • Coach team members in the correct execution of their tasks(  functional and specialized).
  • Communicates work practice deployment plans and ensures team buy- in. 
  • Ensuring that team members understand and cleave to the functional, quality and process standards, work instructions and  conservation schedules, work practice deployment plans and performance target. 
  • Check that the team members, carry out required  independent maintenance tasks and any required running repairs on shift in accordance with work instructions and maintenance schedules. 
  • Ensure that the team members understand and adhere to quality standards. 
  • Communicate team goals and regularly review to ensure team alignment. 
  • Coach and support team members in using the correct problem-working ways (similar to 5Why, quick fix, OPL’setc.) to solve situational problems. 
  • Ensure that SIC mechanisms are in place to track and monitor waste(e.g. mass balance).

Skills, Experience & Education  

  • First Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management/ Management/ Business Administration/ Accounting or related field of studies with a minimum of 3 years applicable experience. The position is structured to report to the Warehouse Manager and the Incumbent is responsible to manage all warehouseactivities. The role holder also manage the store keeper and forklift operators and supervise in terms of their performance and capability development to ensure the successful operation of the warehouse function.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities 

  1. Manage the functional team in the execution of all inbound and outbound movement. 
  2. Manage an effective and accurate Production Interface. 
  3. Manage all tasks within the standards of excellent housekeeping. 
  4. Manage the effective execution of system transactions and perform end- of shift reconciliations. 
  5. People management Manage team and own performance.

The position is structured to report to the Unit Manager Process and Responsible to lead and supervise operation of designated equipment within the Syrup, Water & waste Water Treatment plant and Testing RoomFacilities.In addition to this the incumbent is responsible to lead a group of people consists of drivers and technicians.
