Position 1 Fleet Maintenance Planner  

Skills, Experience & Education  First Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field of study with a minimum of 2 years applicable experience in a manufacturing environment  The position is structured to report to the Fleet Manager and is responsible for managing the applicable conservation systems, generating routine and planned conservation schedules, support the maintenance team in the execution of maintenance and facilitate problem-solving so that the fleet availability and efficiency is maximized, breakdowns are minimized and fleet costs are kept to a minimum.  

Key Duties & Responsibilities  

1. Maintenance Planning and Control  

• Plan the diurnal maintenance.  

• Review emergency work orders using the standard and produce orders  

• produce the conservation plan and assign tasks to team members, including contractors.  

• Communicate and distribute the plan to team members.  

• Update the maintenance plan.  

• Organize and distribute maintenance work orders with loading sheet to the fleet team Leader.  

• Ensures that required tools and spares are available.  

2. nonstop Improvement  

• Ensure that situation and systemic problem-solving are initiated to ensure loop closure.  

• Populate the Daily KPI data and 5 Why Board; indicating the status of 5 Why completion and the quality of 5 Why’s received.  

• Raises Corrective Maintenance work to be done on Maintenance day.  

• Analyse SAP data.  

• Ensure all asset care work complies with Asset Care Standards.  

3. Maintenance Program Development  

• Ensure effective safety awareness addresses incident recalls Tool Box Talks  

• Provide PPE and ensure compliance (Budget Vacuity)  

• Ensure compliance to Permit to Work where required with Audit compliance  

• Report incidents Level 3 Leadership  

• Incident investigations to be closed in 24 hours  

• Ensure identified safety hazards online are managed to check (including people's behaviors)  

• Facilitate the team's risk management processes  

4. Breakdown Management  

• Verify content correct  

• Follow on work agreed  

• CM tasks raised  

• Close breakdown order  

5. Manage the Maintenance Spares  

• Train team members on new processes procedures technologies and ensure capability.  

• Identify Productivity openings (People, Cost, CAPIN)  

• Communicate benchmark shared literacy to the team  

• Facilitate the development and use of equipment problem-solving systems  

Location Addis Ababa & Dire Dawa  

Position 2 Talent & Development Specialist  

Skills, Experience & Education  First Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field of studies with at least 5 years of applicable work experience in Human Resource Management

The position is structured to report to the Country Lead Talent and Development  

Key Duties & Responsibilities  

• Drives the implementation of the development structure, in anticipation of need, including career paths, capability frameworks, competency definition, curricula design, critical learning interventions, and systems.  

• Develops and manages relationships with external partners in the country,  similar as educational institutions.  

• Supports the alignment of Learning and Development processes, practices, frameworks, and tools, as applicable.  

• Implements and reviews effective Learning and Development metrics, to drive and support business performance.  

• Provide regular feedback on training material quality, effectiveness, and data integrity  

• Supports the on-the-ground implementation, entrenchment, and monitoring of CAP processes, guides, progress, and gaps.  

• Evaluate the effectiveness of learning methodologies, including ROI on interventions in the country.  

• Provides Learning and Development support in line with business requirements.
