Position 1 – Facility Management & Fleet Officer( HCM)  

Job Description  

Coordinate and  apply a comprehensive program of  installation  operation &  line services and  conservation to  insure a smooth operation of  line conditioning in the Factory.  Drive the  perpetration of  programs and procedures for  line  operation and  rally  motorists consequently  Manage to schedule of pool  motorists and  insure the timely vacuity of vehicles for DCE staff, guests,etc.  Maintain  motorists ’ movement logs and  give guidance to  motorists on how to keep accurate records.  Insure that vehicle( and  motorists ’) logbooks are  duly maintained for input into the vehicle  operation system and/ or yearly payroll.  Review and  subscribe off on periodic vehicle fueling requests, in line with approved  vittles.  Coordinate routine servicing and  form of vehicles as  needed and maintain applicable attestation.  Document details of accident  circumstances and report to the Head of, HAM & Administration  Develop and maintain a log for monitoring and tracking the diary of pool vehicles to  insure optimal use  Oversee conditioning involving vehicle licensing, renewals, and other statutory enrollments (e.g., Hackney permits).  Maintain energy records of vehicles in the factory to check and  help fraud and  insure optimal  operation.  Maintain and track records of  line  conservation and energy  operation costs within the country.  Develop Motorists ’ payroll input  particulars, including payment schedules for overtime hours, for  blessing by the Head of, HAM & Administration  Forward  motorists ’  enterprises to the Head of, HAM & Administration for escalation to applicable  diggings.  Communicate and  further information regarding vehicle conditions to the Admin.  Perform periodic vehicle  examinations, report frequentness, and  give recommendations to Plant Admin.  Insure the safety and sanitation of the vehicles.  Control unpermitted movement of vehicles  Prepare and submit a yearly report of  line conditioning to the Head of, HAM & Administration  Respect & utensil approved HSE  programs and procedures.  Negotiating Company policy and other applicable statutory instructions and orders.  Adheres to and be guided by the collaborative labor agreement, internal regulations, and other company  programs.  Carry out other affiliated duties assigned to him by immediate & advanced  heads.  Job Conditions Bachelor’s degree or its original in any discipline  Minimum of five( 5) times experience in  installation  operation or  line  operation  In- depth knowledge of current/ prevailing business laws and regulations.  Working knowledge of software  operations(e.g. vehicle  shadowing and scheduling  operation). In- depth knowledge of authentic vehicle  corridor and accessories.  Good  design  operation and organizational chops  Knowledge of vehicle licensing procedures.  Good interpersonal chops.  Demonstrated leadership and people  operation chops  Good oral and spoken communication chops.  Proficiency in the use of applicable MS Office support tools.  

Position 2 – Inferior Mining Engineer

Supervise, coordinate and  record the conditioning of heavy  outfit drivers, instructors, blasters, and other mining operations workers.  Continually cover shift operation conditioning and performance  pointers to  insure  functional  effectiveness, data  delicacy, and reporting  punctuality.  Manage mines operations shift  brigades to  insure effective and effective  prosecution of mining conditioning.  insure that health and safety regulations are  rigorously  stuck to and that a safe work  terrain is maintained. Liaise with  conservation  masterminds for the  conservation of mining  outfit and prompt repairs when  needed.  insure effective driver training is achieved.  felicitations & Implement approved HSE  programs and procedures.  Adheres to and be guided by the CBA, internal regulations, and other company  programs.  Carry out other affiliated duties assigned to him by immediate & advanced  administrator.  

Job Requirements
