Position 1 Commercial Social Responsibility( CSR) Specialist
Academic & Professional Qualification
Qualification • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital/ Online Marketing, Customer Experience and/ or related fields. Experience
• At least six (6) years’ post qualification experience analogous part in a bank or service oriented association. The CSR Specialist is responsible for development & implementation of the Bank’s Commercial Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. In addition, the jobholder is responsible for coordinate CSR activities and in charge of raising public awareness of the Bank’s social responsibility commitment through marketing conditioning.
Required technical Cmpetency
• Knowledge of Digital/ Online/ Social Media strategy, audience management and analytics.
• Keep track of fast- paced markets and be knowledgeable about the Bank’s clients and their needs.
• Must keep up- to- speed with current affairs and new markets.
• Creative design skills with the ability to interpret and influence design and advertising work to deliver on the spirit and feel of the brand.

Position 2 District Credit Analyst
Academic & Professional Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Management, Banking, Finance or other related fields.
Experience • At least five (5) years’ banking experience of which at least two (2) years in credit area. The Credit Analyst is responsible for activities related to credit analysis and appraisal in the District Office. These include identifying, mitigating factors for credit risk (s); making in- depth credit analysis and appraisal using applicable analysis techniques; and icing that the findings of the analysis are true and correct as per the Bank’s policies and procedures.
Required Specialized Competency
• Working knowledge of provisioning for loan losses and the Bank’s nonsupervisory provisioning policies and requirements.
• Expert knowledge of loan workout and recovery processes and strong knowledge of lending principles in the commercial business market.
• Solid understanding of lending procedures and credit reporting agencies
• complete in reading/ interpreting financial statements for the purpose of underwriting credit.
• In- depth knowledge of credit scoring and fiscal services products.
• Knowledge of policies, rules, regulations and directives related to the financial sector.
• Sound knowledge of macroeconomic and microeconomic environment.

Academic & Professional Qualification

• At least Six (6) years’ experience of advanced database administration experience with a large scale SQL Servers inmulti-node clustered surroundings including replication and security The Database Engineer is responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of the Bank’s information systems’ databases. The database engineer also provides specialized expertise in the implementation, and maintenance of database management systems that support Dashen Bank’s business and banking applications.
Required Specialized Competency
• Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Hands- on database tuning and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
• Knowledge and experience of relational databases.
• provable experience and understanding of database management also data segmentation and interpretation.
• Working knowledge of data modelling; database administration problems and requirements; and database analysis and design procedures, techniques, and implementation.
• Thorough knowledge of industry standard database procedure, software development and data description and data manipulation language and serviceability.
• Thorough knowledge of Data Modeling and Data Normalization techniques; ability to manage multiple databases.
