Position Customer Service Officer (Maker)
Academic & Professional Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in a business related fielde.g. Marketing Management, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology or any other original fields
Experience • Zero (0) year of experience
• Not MORE than 30 years of age( for external applicants) Year of Graduation 2021 and onwards
Required Specialized Competency
• Understands the introductory mechanisms of general fiscal products and services.
• Good knowledge of Bank’s accounting and procedures.
• Ability to respond to introductory client enquiries and instructions and the capability of advising and resolving most issues and requests.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications and good command of the core banking system. The Customer Service Officer (Maker) is responsible to make frontal office customer service support at the branch. S/ he will handle account maintenance, payment and collection transactions and respond to customer enquiries, handle cash andnon-cash transactions and all client requests at the branch.
