Job Summary  

The District Relationship Officer will be responsible for achieving business growth for Retail & MSME/ IFB Banking by providing quality relationship management to new and  living customers in assigned district. This will entail sustaining customer satisfaction so as to retain existing and implicit customers thereby generating  fresh business throughcross-sell opportunities.  

Skills Competencies & Educational background   Bachelor Degree in business administration, banking, finance, management or related fields.  Trainings and courses in banking operations (domestic, credit and  transnational banking operations).  

Experience At least five (5) years successful experience in banking or customer contact role
