 4. አድቫንስድ ዲፕሎማና የቴክኒክና ሙያ ሰርተፊኬት ለሚጠይቱ የሥራ መደቦች የብቃት ማረጋገጫ ሰርተፊኬት ወይም COC ማቅረብ ይኖርባቸዋል 
 5. ዲግሪና ከዚያ በላይ ሰሚጠይቁ የሥራ መደቦች የታደሰ የሙያ ፈቃድ ማቅረብ ይጠበቅባቸዋል 
 6. ከግል ተቋማት የሚቀርቡ የስራ ልምድ ማሰረጃዎች የስራ ግብር የተከፈለባቸው መሆን ይኖርባቸዋል
