Dodai Manufacturing Plc( Dodai), is a lately incorporated association launched in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia on August 01, 2023. Dodai is a fast growing association with a charge of makinge-mobility accessible to everyone in Africa through its innovative products and services. Dodai plans to give brand new electric two wheelers by assembling them here in Addis Ababa and plans to expand to major indigenous cities in Ethiopia by the end of 2024. It’s therefore looking to engage dynamic Ethiopian talent to ensure the achievement of its goals.
Position 1: Quality Assurance Officer
Job Conditions
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or closely related fields
- Minimum of 2 years working in a plant setting rather with similar products( E2W, E3W etc.)
- Deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools
- complete in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to multitask.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Excellent logical and problem- solving skills.
- Effective communication skills.
Location Addis ababa
Position 2: Warehouse Team Leader
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, force chain management, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in warehouse operations and team leadership, with at least 3 years of applicable experience
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems( WMS) and inventory control procedures.
- Proficiency in manufacturing- focused ERP systems like SAP, Cin7, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, problem- solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Good skills in MS Office and reporting.
