Position 1: Cashier Grade I
M] Minimum Qualification Requirements: Diploma/ level 4 in Accounting & Finance fields.
Minimum Required Experience: 0 Years

Position 2: Manager- Risk Management & Compliance & KYC
Minimum Qualification Requirements: BA Degree in Business Management/ Accounting & Finance/ related fields
Minimum Required Experience: 4 years in Risk management & related positions from the financial sector
Place of Work: Addis Ababa.
Position 3: Accountant Grade I
Minimum Qualification Requirements: Diploma/ level 4 in Accounting & Finance fields
Minimum Required Experience 1 Year

Position 4: Customer Service Officer (CSO) Grade I
Minimum Qualification Requirements: Diploma/ level 4 in Marketing/ Accounting/ related fields

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade I
Minimum Qualification Requirements BA Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Marketing/ related fields
Minimum Required Experiences 2 years as Branch manager/ CSO/ Accountant in Microfinance

Position 6: Chief Information & Technology Officer
Minimum Qualification Requirements BA Degree in MIS IT/ Computer Science/ related fields
Minimum Required Experiences 7 years, out of Which 3 Years in directorial/ Supervisory Position

Position 7: Director- Marketing and Corporate Communication
Minimum Qualification Requirements BA Degree in Marketing/ Business Management/ related fields
Minimum Required Experiences 5 Years, out of Which Years in directorial/ Supervisory Position
