Qualifications
- Real Estate sales and Marketing skills in particular experience in client service and sales.
- Knowledge property and real estate market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills Ability to work in a fast- paced environment
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- minimal qualifications in business, marketing, or related fields are preferred.
EXPERIENCE
- Junior sales agents with 6 months experience This is a full- time on- site role for a Real Estate Sales position. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for conducting sales activities, similar as prospecting, supereminent generation, customer meetings, property viewings, negotiating offers, and closing deals. The role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain connections with clients. The Real Estate Salesperson will be based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.
