Position 1 – Branch Cashier I  

Qualification and Work Experience

Job Summary  

The Branch Cashier I is responsible for the receipt, payment/ disbursement, and safe custody of cash money of the Branch. S/ he receives and  administers fixed assets and supplies sent from the branch/ or bought by the branch

Position 2 – Saving and credit Officer  

Qualification and Work Experience Degree, College diploma o or Level IV( COC  obligatory) in Cooperative Management, Accounting,  Banking and Finance, Management Zero years for BA and a minimum of 2 years related experience for Diploma and Level 4. Experience  in Micro Finance Institutions is an asset.

Job Summary  

The purpose of the Credit and Saving Officer I position is to undertake social promotion that includes group organization and handle the  mobilization of clients for saving and loan collections of the branch. Screens organized clients according to their preferences and facilitate  loan appraisal, approved loan disbursement, and scheduled collections  

Position 3 – Branch Accountant  

Qualfication and Work Experience B.A Degree in Accounting. 1- year related work experience.

Experience in Micro Finance Institutions is an asset

Job Summary  

The purpose of the Branch Accountant position is to handle all financial activities transactions of the branch. Coordinates and leads the financial operations of the branch in accordance with the financial programs and procedures of the Organization. She he serves as the Loan Approving Committee of the branch.  

Position 4 – Branch Manager I  

Qualification and Work Experience BA Degree/ College Diploma in Economics, Management, Accounting, Banking, and Finance or  original combination of education and work experience.  

A minimum of 2 years of  expansive experience in the related field.

Experience in Micro Finance Institutions is an asset.

Job Summary  

The role of the Branch Manager is to plan, organize, coordinate, lead, and supervise the  functional activities and personnel of the Branch  toward the achievement of the objectives of the Organization. Manages and controls financial resources i.e., payments & receipts of the Branch.

Provides financing services, similar as loans, deposits, & insurance services to the community. Participates in the preparation of the  plan of the Organization
