Position 1: Administrative Assistant
Essential Functions
- Undertake all secretarial and executive work of the office,
- Handles incoming and gregarious telephone calls and faxes
- Handles email correspondences,
- Undertakes all office management activities,
- Handles incoming and gregarious letters,
- Manage customer requests,
- Performs other duties as required by the supervisor.
Job Requirement
Diploma/ 10 3/ position 3 and over in Secretarial Science and Office Management and any other related fields with 2 years of applicable experience preferably in banking industry
Place of Work – Addis Ababa
Position 2: Auto- Mechanic
Essential Functions
- Ensures and follows- up that all functional vehicles have insurance coverage;
- Ensures and follows- up the proper and timely conservation of vehicles;
- Ensures that safety and business regulations are observed at all times by motorists;
- Prepares and submits to the supervisor colorful statistical reports regarding transportation; including occurrences ofnon-availability of vehicles, accidents violation of discipline and traffic rules by drivers;
- Supervises and controls the acceptable provision of transport services and proper over keep and application of generators of the Bank; Ascertains that all bank owned fleet of vehicles are operated in accordance with set policies and government traffic
- Ensures that vehicles are maintained in accordance with the standard set by the manufacturer or functional manuals
- Maintains vehicles history jacket in line with fleet management manual of the Bank
- Undertakes maintenance of vehicles, generators, and other electro-mechanical machines and equipment when required
Follow up insurance coverage
- Perform duties of driver as required
- Handles reports of accidents to police and insurance agent;
- Assists in the medication of budget and specifications for the acquisition of generators, vehicles, spare corridor, accessories and supplies;
- Performs other related duties as required.
Job Requirement
Dip/ 10 3/ position 3 and over in Auto Mechanic with 3 years of experience in applicable field, especially in Autombile Vehicles maintenance of electrical system, brake system, fuel system and suspension maintenance work.
