Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist
Job Requirement
• Graduates of years 2023 & 2024 G.C. with BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Economics or related fields with minimum accretive GPA of 3.00.
• No previous experience is required.
• Age ≤ 25
• Exit test is required

Position 2: Branch Manager – Grade C
Job Requirement
• MA/ MBA in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, and any other related fields with 6.5 years of experience or BA in the same fields with 8.5 years of experience in the banking industry, of which 2 years in the customer services director grade B/ or 3 years as Branch accounts administrator position Grade A

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Specialist
Job Requirement
• BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and any other affiliated fields with 2.5 times of experience or Parchment( position IV) in the same fields with 4 times of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 time on CSS position.

Position 4: Branch Accounts Administrator – Grade B
Job Requirement
• BA in Accounting, Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, and other related fields with 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 1 year as a Senior Customer Service Officer or original position.

Position 5: Senior Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation Officer
Job Requirement
• MBA, MA/ BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, and any other related fields with 5.5/ 3.5 years of experience in banking operation, of which at least 2 years as an applicable officer.
